In the mid-nineteenth century it was owned by the head of the Kielecki Poviat –Tomasz Zieliński. In the residence he accumulated a rich collection of paintings (over 400 paintings, including Canaletto, Cranach, Rubens, Michałowski), medals, weapons, and a rich library.

Tomasz Zieliński mansion - built in 1846-1858 using the walls of bishops’ outbuildings. In the residence the owner accumulated a rich collection of paintings (over 400 paintings, including Canaletto, Cranach, Rubens, Michałowski), medals, weapons, and a rich library. After his death his collection was dispersed.

Currently it is the Creative Association House. Next to the Tomasz Zieliński mansion, at Zamkowa Street no. 3, there is the Museum of Martyrdom of 1939-1956.

Throughout the year, the business is bustling. Each month there are new exhibitions of paintings, art or photography. New artists in the region are promoted. And renowned artists are invited. Apart from exhibitions there is also a nice coffee shop, guest rooms and a beautiful garden located in the centre of Poland's oldest city park.
