Church in Obórki existed already in the 14th century, taken by the Protestant during Reformation. The current one was built in the 16th century and was rebuilt in 1685; the tower was built in 1755. Until 1945, in the hands of Evangelicals. Currently, the temple belongs to the Polish Catholic Church.

The property is a combination of different architectural techniques: chancel has a light-frame construction, filled with wood and clay, the wider nave is partly of log construction, and partly of vertical-post log construction.

Porch of frame construction is adjacent to the Church on the south, with brick filling. Vesrty of brick and stone construction is adjacent to the north wall of the chancel. The square tower on the west side, built in frame construction, boarded and topped with a bulbous shingled dome.

The interior still retains a ceiling covered with beautiful polychromy from the 16th century in the form of panels, rosettes and plant ornaments. Inside there is also a pulpit from the 2nd half of the 17th century with painted images of the Evangelists, baptismal font dating from the 16th century in the shape of a cup. The Church is surrounded by a wall of stone.
