Park protects groups of fauna and flora within the virgin forest area. One of Solska Forest virgin forest’s most interesting landmarks are the river valleys crossed with rock rapids often called hums (“szumy”).

Some parts of Landscape Park are under environmental protection – they are reserves. Szum, Czartowe Pole, Nad Tanwią – in these reserves you can admire nature in its purest form.
