The museum collection is divided into three main trends: the Church organ components, instruments from different countries and items related to music.

In the exhibition hall, there are three pianos, including Daniel Veigel of Glatz (Kłodzko), made by Erard Company of Paris, two table pianos from the end of the eighteenth century and the harmonium left by the hermit from Jakubowo village. The museum’s collection is divided into three main trends: the Church organ components, instruments from different countries and items related to music. The musical instruments are originating from different countries in Europe and from the United States. These are e.g.: German (zither, accordions, and harmoniums), Italian (accordions), French (Parisian Erard piano), Russian (balalaika, harmonies), Latvian (Riga table piano), Ukrainian (accordion and harmony), the USA (harmonium, banjo, and bandoneon).

The items related to music are mainly a collection of memorabilia of the non-existing brass band Dozametu from Nowa Sol. Among the exhibits there is a dress uniform of the orchestra member and the baton of the bandmaster.
