Located in the heart of the city, surrounded by picturesque houses, streets and mountain scenery, the Sulkowscy Castle is the oldest building in Bielsko-Biala. It is now the seat of the Museum, which houses a number of exhibitions and expositions.

Since 1983 it houses the Museum in Bielsko-Biala, continuing the local traditions which have started in the twentieth century. The permanent exhibition is located on the first floor, to which leads a nineteenth-century lobby. In the western wing there are hunting room and armory. The rooms in the south wing present the Polish and European art from the fourteenth to the seventeenth century. Adjacent to them there is a Rococo concert hall and a Biedermeier lounge. In the east wing there is a painting gallery from the nineteenth century and the Młoda Polska times, as well as the pieces of works by artists connected with Bielsko-Biala. In the north wing there are exhibitions dedicated to ethnography, history of the town and the castle, traditions, handicrafts, and the souvenirs after the Sulkowscy family. The latest exhibition is a 'room with a knight' showing a part of a renaissance painting composition. On the hall from the side of courtyard there are artwork and portraits of Bielsko-Biala inhabitants from the nineteenth / twentieth century collected. On the ground floor there is a Castle Gallery, which houses the temporary exhibitions.
