At Prosta 4 Street in the 1868 the big school building was erected in italian Gothic style. The school building was built for the youths to prepare them to the professional life. The New Town School was standing there and Samuel Bogumił Linde frequented it in the second half of the XVIIIth century. At present it is the seat of the Maria Dąbrowska Clothing School Complex and the Regional Pedagogic Library.
