Church of St. James the Apostle in Skorogoszcza

Built in 1852 on the site of the previous one, which burned down in the great fire that occurred in Skorogoszcza in 1835.

This Church still exists today and is the most impressive building in Skorogoszcza dominant in the landscape and centuries-old settlement. It is a three-nave Church made of brick with rectangular chancel with cross-barrel vault. From the west it has a square tower, at the top, much narrower floor, it is octagonal with characteristic slender roof.
