Warschau telt per jaar zo’n 25000 business events (congressen, conferenties, beurzen, incentives, meetings). De stad is onbetwist leider op het vlak van het aantal events voor business en wetenschap in Polen. Van al de Poolse steden krijgt Warschau de hoogste ranking van the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA). Er zijn 90 vluchtverbindingen naar 46 landen en de twee luchthavens van Warschau staan voor de helft van het Poolse passagiersverkeer.
Vanuit het perspectief van de meeting industry, beantwoorden de hotels in Warschau het beste aan de vereisten voor het organiseren van congressen, met 12 000 bedden alleen al in 4- en 5-sterren hotels en 30 000 met de 3-sterren erbij. Het Warsaw Convention Bureau bracht een gids uit voor 91 venues voor conferenties en gala dinners. Het is ook de plek waar de meeste DMC’s en PCO’s actief zijn. En – getuigen velen die er al waren – de professionals die je in Warschau ontmoet zijn stuk voor stuk bijzonder dynamische, jonge mensen.

It is the only official publication addressed to Polish and international meeting planners, a compendium of detailed information about the most important conference and congress facilities in Warsaw and suppliers of the MICE industry.
Our meetings guide is an introduction to the conference and events potential of Warsaw. It contains information about a selection of 61 best and most highly-recommended venues and service providers operating in the city.
The guide will be distributed among international meeting planners, representatives of the local scientific community (e.g. Polish Congress Ambassadors) as well as local and foreign partners cooperating with the association. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, only an electronic version will be available."
