OFFER REQUEST
TRANSLATIONS ENGLISH - NORWEGIAN FOR WEBSITE AND NEWSLETTERS USE
Polish Tourist Organisation in Stockholm requests the offer for translations from English to Norwegian for the needs of websites, newsletters and printed materials
used on the Norwegian market in 2015.
The offer should state the cost of one A4 page (600 words per page) translation based on the planned amount of ca. 50 pages per year. The translation should be
ready to publish, so after the necessary corrections.
The offer should also state delivery time offered, based on one portion of the text in the amount of 3 pages.
We need the best available prize of your service, so it may undergo further negotiations.
The offer should reach the email address mh@polen.travel latest by the 15th of January 2015.

This request is carried out under the Polish Public Procurement Law dd. 29 January 2004 (published in The Law Journal in 2013, position no. 907 with the changes). The
confirmation of receiving the offer is not equal to its acceptance. The Ordering party has a right to:
- cancel the procedure, annul it in total or part
- close the procedure without choosing the offer
- change the terms of this request for offer
- request additional information at every level of the procedure.
In case any of above takes place, there is no right of compensation for the procedure participants.
