The Palace of Culture consists of: Open Theatre, Cabaret, Cinema Studio PERSONNEL, art gallery and gallery "No Spin", Dabrowska Music Scene, dance center, brass and chamber music bands, Popular Music Section Big Band, and the University of the Third Age.
