Called into life on the initiative of the local regionalists, its premises are in a 19th c country house.
The area the museum collections cover is Lubartow district. It has over 2500 objects that fall into such sections as ethnography, history, numismatics and archaeology the richest being local folk art items: pottery, basketry, textiles, sculpture, cut-outs, local costume from the turn of the 19th c.
