The building was built in 1905 in the style of Byzantine-Ruthenian Church of St. Alexy (now the Church of St. Roch).

Oorthodox Church was built in 1905, by the Moscow merchant Jan Kowalewski. It was built on the site of a former Uniate Church from 1788.

The building is made of bricks, with one nave and the tower on the front. The interior is partially transferred from the old parish Church altar (the old Church) in Rococo style, probably the work of Michał Filewicz from the late eighteenth century. On the altar there are paintings of St. Roch and Our Lady of Częstochowa. The side altars: Heart of Jesus and St. Joseph, performed after the Second World War by folk sculptor A. Siek from Bielgoraj. The Rococo style pulpit from the late eighteenth century, a baptismal font in the early Baroque style. In the vesrty there are two historic monstrance of the eighteenth century, on the choir - 5-pipe organs..
