Built in the Baroque style, rebuilt in the 18th century. Amazingly, it was not destroyed during war, and it retained many of its original elements.

Built in the 17th century in the Baroque style for the Barefoot Carmelite monks, and designed by Józef Belotti. Rebuilt in the 18th century, it was then that it took on a more classicist style, as designed by Efraim Schroeger. Amazingly, it was not destroyed during war, and until the St. John cathedral was rebuilt, it served as a pro-cathedral. It retained many of its original elements, including the main altar with statues by Jan Jerzy Plersch and some Baroque paintingsaltars, including two by Szymon Czechowicz, and the 18th-century sculptural group 'Marriage of the Virgin'.
