The museum is one of the most modern museums of its type in Poland. Refined in every detail and full of latest technology, the exhibition sends visitors deep into the ancient forest. Visual and sound effects enhance the experience. Museum presents the forest ecosystem, underground life, and the role of decomposing wood, the invertebrate kingdom (in real size and on a larger scale), hoofed animals, predators, and birds. It also illusnization. The sounds of the forest and the  play of light make the visit still more attractive. The permanent exhibition can be visit only with a guide, who can be hired in one of the local tourist agencies.
