Artistic Centre is located in the building of water tower, raised in 1935 and adapted for new requirements in the 80s.
Novelty of the building caused with unusual diversity of space, height and illumination of every exhibition hall. This creates very unique atmosphere, especially during sculpture exhibitions. Besides showing works of well-known and respected artists, gallery is opened to "young rebels" and enables them to make debut or continue their artistic activity.
