Bydgoszcz City Hall is situated in Old Town square. It is also one of the most presentable buildings in Bydgoszcz. Building was built between 1644 and 1653 and used to be the seat of Jesuits' College. During the period of Księstwo Warszawskie (the Grand Duchy of Warsaw) it was a seat of Main Department School and later a secondary school. City authorities adopted this bulding as a City Hall in 1879.
