Rules of the "Hotel Korona i Wrocław" competition organized on www.polen.travel websites on Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish markets.
§ 1. General provisions
1. The organizer of the competition under the name "Hotel Korona i Wrocław" (hereinafter "the Competition") is the Polish Tourism Organization based in Warsaw, ul. Młynarska 42, VI piętro, 01-171 Warsaw, Poland with conjunction of the Polska Statens Turistbyrå Office based at Karlavägen 47 b, bw 114 49 Stockholm (hereinafter: "the Organizer").
2. The Competition is announced and conducted on the basis of these Competition Regulations (hereinafter the "Regulations") on the territory of the Sweden via the Internet as part of the Organizer's website: www.polen.travel (hereinafter the "Website").
3. The competition runs from 26/10/2023 from the moment of publication of the announcement of the Competition on the Website until 13/11/2023. The Competition will be settled by 26/11/2023. The Organizer reserves the right to extend the deadlines specified above.
4. Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free of charge.
5. By joining the Competition, the Participant fully accepts the Regulations and agrees to comply with them, as well as confirms that the Participant meets all the conditions for participation in the Competition.
§ 2. Rules for participation in the Competition
1. The competition is directed to people above 18 years of age interested in content published on the Website.
2. Competition participants may not be employees and representatives of the Organizer and other entities directly involved in the preparation and implementation of the Competition on behalf of the Organizer, their spouses, descendants, ascendants and siblings.
3. The competition task is to answer to four questions on the competition landing page (hereinafter "Competition task"). The competition task must be performed by the Participant's only.
4. the application will be evaluated by the selection board appointed by the Organizer (hereinafter "the Competition Commission").
5. One person may complete one Competition Task.
6. The competition is open to people with an address in Sweden.
7. Competition tasks submitted after the deadline specified in § 1 section 3 of the Regulations will not be evaluated by the selection board.
8. In the event of winning the Competition, the Participant agrees for the Organizer to publish the Participants name to be listed on Facebook, on the Organizer’s social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram and / or www.polen.travel
9. The organizer of the competition reserves the right to remove content that is contradictory with the rules of the Regulations, with applicable law, principles of social coexistence, decency, violates the rights of third parties, is offensive, vulgar, discriminatory in particular on grounds of sex, race, religion, disability or is pornographic.
§ 3. Terms and conditions for the awarding of Prizes and their collection
1. The competition committee, within the time limit specified in § 1 section 3 of the Regulations, will select – from among the Competition Tasks submitted in accordance with § 2 of the Regulations, the five (5) best Competition Tasks based on the quality criterion.
2. The competition committee will draw up a competition protocol in which it will indicate all the awarded Competition Participants. This protocol will not be made public.
3. Winning Participants will be notified of this fact via email by 27/11/2023, the Participant will be required to provide the Organizer within 4 days from the date of receipt of the notification information necessary to issue the prize, i.e. the name of the Participant and the mailing address. Failure to provide the Organizer with the abovementioned information within the above deadline means the Participant's resignation from participation in the Competition and resignation from the prize.
4. Information about the awarded Participants, including the first name of the Participants or the names on which the Participant left in the competition form and in the manner indicated in § 2 section 8 of the Regulations not later than 20/11/2023.
5. Prizes will be sent to awarded Participants with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated by the Participant in the manner specified §3 section 3 within a reasonable amount of time.
§ 4. Awards in the Competition
1. The correct answers to the closed questions as well as the inspiriting and well formulated answer to a fourth questions are going to be awarded with the prizes specified below:
A voucher for two nights for two guests at Hotel Korona i Wroclaw.
2. The exact date of stay must be agreed in advance with the hotel stay and depends on the availability of vacancies.
3. The organizer does not cover travel costs to and from the places mentioned as the award.
4. The awarded person pays all taxes related to the winnings.
§ 5. Information on the processing of personal data
1. The administrator of personal data collected for the purposes of the Competition is the Organizer with its registered office in Karlavägen 47 b, bw 114 49 Stockholm.
2. The Participant's personal data including the names of the Participant, the name under which the Participant operates during filling in the competition form, the shipping address used by the Participant, the Participant's e- mail address and the name of the Participant's:
a) they are provided by them voluntarily; however they are necessary for the Participant's participation in the Competition;
b) will be processed by the Administrator for the purposes of the Competition, in particular to settle the Competition, issue a Prize, announce the results of the Competition [the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the Participant - art. 6 clause 1 lit. and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) , hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"] and any disputes that may arise out of the relations covered by the Competition (the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the Administrator's legitimate interest in the need to ensure the possibility of establishing, investigating or defending against claims related to the Competition – Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR).
The terms and conditions to be submitted by every single Participant on the landing page of the competition. A field required to be marked in competition entries when submitting a data.
3. The participant has the right to:
a) access to your personal data and correct them, request restriction of processing or request their removal, with the reservation that the request for their removal may prevent participation in the Competition, including the issue of the Prize, which the Participant acknowledges and accepts;
b) object to the processing;
c) when the basis for the processing of personal data the Participant’s consent, the Participant has the right to withdraw his/her consent to data processing at any time; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
d) lodging a complaint to the supervisory body (i.e. to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
4. By participating in the Competition, the Participant agrees to the processing of his/her personal data by the Administrator in order to conduct the Competition, in particular the settlement of the Competition, the award of the Prize, the announcement of the results of the Competition, and any disputes that may arise from the relations covered by the Competition.
5. The Administrator processes the personal data of Participants in accordance with the GDPR and the laws and executive acts issued on its basis.
6. Personal data of Participants will be processed for the period necessary to conduct the Competition and for the period of limitation of claims may arise in connection with the Competition.
§ 6. Final provisions
1. The Regulations are available to Participants on Facebook on the www.polen.travel
2. The Organizer shall not be responsible for providing by the Participant incorrect or false data referred to in § 3 section 3 of the Regulations, preventing or delaying the delivery of the prize by the Organizer.
3. The Regulations are the only document with binding legal force regarding the implementation of the Competition.
4. The competition is not a "game of chance" within the meaning of the legal regulations.
5. The competition is not organized, supported, sponsored or associated with Facebook or its owners or administrators.
6. The Regulations enter into force on the day of its publication.
