With reference to the Camaldolese tradition, the Centre provides the SpeS therapy (salus per silentium - health through silence) - including care for the whole person - a combination of physical health with spiritual renewal.

Post-Camaldolian monastery in Rytwiany has an interesting offer for those who want solitude, contemplation and tranquility far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life - in a word for a busy businessman. This proposal is based on the Camaldolese rule, based on three fundamental pillars: silence, contemplation, solitude.
With reference to the Camaldolese tradition, the Centre provides the SpeS therapy (salus per silentium - health through silence) - including care for the whole person - a combination of physical health with spiritual renewal.
SpeS program was developed by a team of specialists in the field of psychology, spirituality and physiotherapy. Optimal selection of therapies tailored to individual abilities and needs of our guests is made after an initial interview with a psychologist and after tests. Forms of treatment included within the "Spes" stay are e.g. occupational therapy, art therapy and movement therapy. Guests can also enjoy a sauna, a gym or a massage room.
Post-Camaldolian hermitage in Rytwiany is currently the only widely available monastery of this type in Poland, which remained in a state as close as possible to the original, 17th century form. Visiting this place gives a unique opportunity to feel the climate and atmosphere of an authentic, Camaldolese hermitage.
