„Museum on Węglowa Street” was founded in 2006 on the initiative of the Old Motorization and Technology Association. The aim of the above mentioned institution is to gather the enthusiasts of the old motorization and technology in one place and proper exposition of their collections which were providently kept in the seclusion of their private garages. At the moment the exhibition of the Museum covers among others: antique bikes, antique motor cycles from the period between 1920 and 1981, antique cars from the period between 1930 and 1981 and prototypes, exhibits of the former public transport, the railway system and fire-fighting, dioramas – military reconstructions, military accessories, antique radio sets, TV and communication equipment, other antique exhibits of technology and motorization, Additionally, on the area of the Museum we organize cyclical meetings popularizing knowledge about the antique motorization and teaching technical culture, among others: picnics with antique technology, exhibits expositions (along with the possibility to have a ride in chosen vehicles), spectacles – reconstruction of military actions.
