It was thoroughly restructured in 1850 (the interior was transformed from a single-nave into a three-nave, and a faux barrel vault was constructed, a masonry sacristy was built from the southern side, next to the presbytery, and a porch was constructed on the opposite side). In 1880, the main body was modified by detaching the tower from the corpus of the church and positioning it as a free-standing bell one. The church was renovated in 1900 and in 1955.
